APC Stakeholders Laud Shettima’s Unifying Role, Call him ‘A Strategic Party Asset’

A senior chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Umar D. Duhu, has described Vice President Kashim Shettima, GCON, as an “indispensable strategic asset” to both President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration and the APC, citing his leadership, mobilisation strength, and service to national unity.

In a formal statement issued in Abuja, Umar Duhu, a former APC National Vice Chairman (North East), said a review of the Vice President’s stewardship shows “extraordinary commitment, meritorious contributions, and steadfast loyalty” to the goals of the current administration.

A Pillar of the Tinubu Administration

Duhu noted that Shettima has consistently demonstrated “visionary leadership and an unwavering dedication to effective governance,” describing him as one of the central forces behind the administration’s policy implementation.

According to him, the Vice President’s leadership style seen as strategic, inclusive, and dynamic has contributed significantly to strengthening the administration’s foothold across political and socio-economic fronts.

“Vice President Shettima has proven himself a pillar of strength and a driving force behind the Tinubu Administration. His continued leadership remains crucial to the government’s ongoing and future endeavors,” Duhu stated.

Mobilizer-in-Chief for the APC

The statement further emphasized Shettima’s domestic and international engagements, which Duhu said have helped secure support for government programs while boosting the APC’s visibility nationwide.

From grassroots engagements to high-level diplomatic visits, Shettima’s political reach was credited with enhancing the party’s influence among voters and stakeholders.“
