The family of the late Alhaji Isma’ila Numan has commiserated with the Lamido of Adamawa, His Royal Highness, the royal family, and the entire Adamawa Emirate over the death of Dr. Ahmad Aliyu Mustapha, OFR, the Sardauna Adamawa.
In a statement signed by Aliyu Isma’ila Numan, OON, Turaki Batta, on behalf of the family, the deceased was described as “an elder statesman of integrity, a man of honesty, humility, and compassion whose kind-heartedness touched many lives.
”The family noted that the late Sardauna was a detribalized leader who stood firmly for unity, peace, and justice, adding that his wisdom and generosity would be greatly missed across the state and beyond.
They prayed for Almighty Allah (SWT) to forgive his shortcomings, accept his noble deeds, and grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus.
The family also prayed for strength and patience for the Lamido, his family, and the people of Adamawa Emirate to bear the “irreplaceable loss.”
Dr. Ahmad Aliyu Mustapha, who held the revered traditional title of Sardauna Adamawa, was widely respected for his statesmanship, philanthropy, and contributions to peace and unity in Nigeria.
