The Adamawa state governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has expressed sadness over the shocking and sudden loss of former Deputy senate president, Dr. Silas Jonathan Zwingina.
Fintiri said, Jonathan has left a legacy of exceptional service,in Adamawa and Nigeria.
Gov. Fintiri said, “As we mourn the passing of Senator Jonathan Silas Zwingina, we remember his exceptional service to Adamawa and Nigeria.
“A distinguished legislator from the Lunguda extraction, his leadership from 1999 to 2007, and his work at MAMSER, will always be cherished. His contributions to the development of our dear state will never be forgotten.
“Rest in peace, Senator. My heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.
