Consoles Family, Adamawa People, Senate over Sad Loss

The Turaki Batta and Elder Statesman, Aliyu Ismaila, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of Dr. Silas Jonathan Zwingina, the lunguda community, southern Adamawa zone, to the people of Adamawa and to the country at large, over the sad loss of the former deputy senate president and the Senator Representing Southern Adamawa state, Dr. Jonathan Silas Zwingina.

The sad event is reported to have occured, on the 2nd October, 2024.

Aliyu Ismaila said, “It is with pains that I extend my condolences to you on the death of a patriot, leader, and kind-hearted gentleman, Senator Jonathan Zwingina .

“Zwingina as a fine gentleman, an extraordinary legislator and a dynamic politician that has made an indelible mark in the Nigerians political space and would be remembered not only in Adamawa but in Nigeria.

“I truly feel saddened and pray that God the Almighty will forgive his shortcomings and grant his family and, indeed, all of us the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss, Amen.”
