The Adamawa state government has rolled out series of events to mark Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s five (5)  years in office.The events hich were designed to build towards May 29th will include a range of activities from commissioning of infrastural projects, prayers, community activities aimed at enhancing the state’s growth and unity.

The scheduled are as follows:

May 20, 2024: Flag-off construction of a road network at Federal Housing Estate, Bajabure.
May 21, 2024:

Flag-off construction of a 7-span flyover at AA Lawan Junction and a cloverleaf interchange at Yola/Numan Road. Additionally, the completion of phase 1 of Jimeta Stadium along Yola/Numan Road will be initiated.

May 23, 2024: Commissioning of Demsa Cottage Hospital, Township Road, and Dong-Bille Kpasham electrification projects in Demsa L.G.A.
May 24, 2024: Prayers at Agga Mosque.
May 26, 2024: Prayers at EYN Church.
May 28, 2024: Public lecture at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Yola, followed by a media parley and dinner.
May 29, 2024: State broadcast and commissioning of a grade interchange at Police Roundabout, Yola.
These activities underscore the administration’s commitment to infrastructure development and community welfare as key components of its governance.
