Police Arrest 3 Suspects, Recover Drugs

Adamawa state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Suleiman Yahaya Ngoruje has revealee that the body of an unidentified young lady has been found at the annex of the Happy Hour Hotel in Karewa Borehole,in Yola North area of Adamawa State.

Yahaya in an interview with correspondents said the ritualists used the hotel as a base to behead a Young lady whose identity is yet to be known.

The PPRO, revealed that drugs were recovered at the crime scene and the handset of the deceased was also recovered.

Nguroje vowed that the suspected ritualist responsible for the gruesome murder will be arrested and made to face the wrath of the law.

He said the suspected ritualist lodged into the hotel on the 18th January 2024 at about 9:00 pm, and beheaded the deceased after they had lodged in the hotel and made away with the head of his victim.

According to him, the drug and handset were recovered at the scene of the crime, assuring the public that the command is doing everything within their power to arrest the perpetrator of the heinous crime.

The command said it has apprehended hotel staff; Offer Jacob and Yifarta Caleb, and Habibu Isah, a security guard at the hotel.
