Adamawa State Governor, the Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has congratulated Ahmed Galadima Aminu, on his appointment as the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF).
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had on Tuesday approved the appointment for a term of four years in the first instance.

Gov. Ahmadu Fintiri made this known in press statement issued by his Press Secretary, Humwashi Wonosikou, Wednesday in Yola.

While appreciating President Bola Ahmed for considering the Adamawa’s son for the position, Governor Fintiri
said, “Ahmed over the years has proved mettle at PTDF, saying that “Your recent appointment was thoroughly deserving and an inspiration to other Adamawa sons daughters striving to make a name in their chosen carriers.

“Ahmed is a patriotic Nigerian who had contributed immensely to the growth and development of Adamawa.

“I have no doubt in your capacity to deliver as a man with a proven track record of excellence in service, who rose through the ranks to the pinnacle of the profession.”

The Governor also urged Ahmed Galadima to bring his wealth of experience to bear, not only in advancing the course of the organization, but also the nation.
Fintiri said, “I urge you to see your new assignment as one that comes at a time in our national life where we need public officers to be more determined in making a difference in service..”

Until his appointment, Ahmed had served as the General Manager Education and Training at PTDF.
