100 Days in Office: Ahmed Lawal Thumbs-up Fintiri’s Committment to Uplifting Adamawa

Former APC’s state organising secretary and a PDP starlwart, Ahmed Lawal, has described as outstanding, the one hundred days in office of Gov Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s second term.

Ahmed Lawal said, Fintiri’s return was well deserved and a direct product of his committment to Uplifting the standard of living of the people of the state and bringing the impact of good governance on the entire state.

Ahmed Lawal made this known in a chat with Daily Rendezvous, Wednesday in Yola, Adamawa state.

Lawal said, Fintiri’s first term has been outstanding and he has returned with the same vigour to serve the people of Adamawa and to turn around the life and livelihood of the common man for good.

Speaking to Rendezvous, Lawal said, “We must commend Gov. Fintiri for his remarkable show of good leadership and governance designed towards the progress and development of his people.

“Within the first hundred days of his second term in office, he has approved the construction of 2.9 kms of Storm water drainages at Saminaka, a community that has been plagued by perennial flash flood.

“His Excellency has also approved of dualisation of Barracks road to Malkohi road up to welcome to Yola road and to yolde pate in yola.

“He has also approved the construction of a flyover at Mubi round about.”

“Fintiri has in just within one hundred days in office, made significant political appointments to some youths and women in the state and we are expecting more.

“It is our duty as citizens of Adamawa to promote and protect the interest of our amiable governor and support the workholic Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, to move the state forward.”
