The Adamawa Chief Justice Hafsat Abdulrahman has approved 1st August to 27th September as annual vacation for the high court of justice in Adamawa State. This is contained in a press state made available to this medium and signed by Sunday Kadiri, the Director, Information, Special Duties, and Protocol.

The statement reads, “ANNUAL VACATION OF THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE ADAMAWA STATE

“This is to notify the general public that the Hon. Chief Judge of Adamawa State Justice Hafsat Abdurrahman has in compliance with order 8 rule 4 (1) (b) of the High Court Rules of Adamawa State 2013 (as amended) approved that there shall be a vacation for the High Court throughout the state commencing from Tuesday the 1st day of August 2023 and ending on Wednesday, the 27th day of September, 2023.

“Courts will resume sitting on Thursday the 28th day of September, 2023.
