A combine forum of the Members of House of Representatives from Adamawa State have thrown the weight of their support on Rt. Hon. Auwal D. Tukur, over his appointment as the new Secretary to the Adamawa State Government saying as former legislator, Tukur possess the wealth of experience to add immense value to the Fresh Air government.

This was made known in a statement made available to this media Wednesday.

The legislators said governor Fintiri made the right choice in choosing a man with both private and public service experience and that his competence and value would certainly come to bare on direction of the fintiri-led government in the state. The statement reads, “We, the Honorable Members of the House of Representatives, National Assembly from Adamawa State, heartily congratulate Rt. Hon. Auwal D. Tukur on his well-deserved appointment as the Secretary to the State Government by the Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.

“As a former member of the House of Representatives, a member Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party, and a seasoned administrator with hands-on-experience in both private and public sectors, we are confident that his wealth of experience in human and material resource management would add immense value to the transformation agenda of the fresh air administration in the state.
