Your victory, together with your principal, the most outstanding governor in Nigeria, the governance paradigm changer, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, is undoubtedly a victory driven by the will and the massive votes of the entire people of Adamawa state.

This victory you have earned is not just your victory, it is a victory for the women folk who for generations in Nigeria have been cut off from the leadership space by brick walls of corruption, age long cultural stereotypes, economic subterfuge of the women folk, educational deprivation of the girl child and decades of mental slavery.
This electoral victory against the establishment, has opened the pathway for credible, responsible and women of integrity to begin to make headway within the political cycle. Your pedigree in the light of your outstanding background shows that you are a true believer in the principles and practice of democracy that portrays democracy in the best light possible and create a safe space for all female politicians and aspiring young politicians to pursue their aspirations without demeaning the integrity and cultural values that defines us as a people.

The BinosNetwork4FIFA noted that while in the cause of your campaigns across the state, you have brought to bare your motherly and professorial temperance and moderation as both you and your principal refrained from ethnic profiling, campaign of calumny or engage in flagrant disregard of the laws of land in order to serve as an example to “ZenGeneration” that women can be excellent politicians in Adamawa, in Nigeria and the world over.
You have displayed the most respectable act of caution even at the most inflammatory provocation as was clearly examplified in Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s actions and your actions too. This has deepened and strengthened our democratic experience and has saved hundreds of lives who would have been consumed if decorum, maturity and calmer heads had not prevailed during various false declaration of outcome of the elections results, which were obviously aimed at overheating the polity.
Women in Adamawa state, Nigeria and across the globe stand tall to celebrate you as the symbol of the progress that our community and our people have made towards achieving greater inclusion and better representation for the female folk and towards championing woman’s cause as it has become a trademark of the Gov. Fintiri’s administration.
As an academician and an accomplished professor of note, we believe you have learnt the value of human dignity, culture of respect and constructive engagement and we see clearly that these are the values that direct your steps and that you have brought to bare such immense positive values to Adamawa and Nigeria at large.
