The Vice Chancellor, Modibbo Adama University (MAU) Yola, Prof. Abdullahi Liman Tukur on behalf of the University community regrets to announce the passing away of Professor Mohammed Musa Malgwi in the early hours of 18th May 2023 while on official duty in Abuja.
Before his demise, Prof. Malgwi was the Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics of the University and previously served in various capacities as Dean, Faculty of Life Sciences and School of Postgraduate Studies.
The desceased is survived by his wife Prof. (Mrs.) Anna M. Malgwi and children.
Burial arrangements will be announced by the family in due time.
